The owner pays a success fee, equal to one month of rent, only if they sign a lease with a tenant we introduce.
Are the spaces verified?
Before sending you an option, we confirm photos, size, price and availability with the owner.
Do prices include VAT?
Each option states whether rent includes VAT (IVA) and maintenance, so you can compare without surprises.
Who do I sign the lease with?
Directly with the owner. We help you find the space and arrange the visit.
What can’t be stored?
